Support for mothers navigating breastfeeding, milk supply, latch issues, or nutrition during lactation.

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Lactation Counselor, I provide guidance on:

This is a judgment-free, supportive space focused on both mom’s and baby’s well-being.
